- Batch Allotment: Students are allocated to batches (Morning, Evening, Regular, or Weekend) based on availability and academic scheduling. Requests for batch transfers are subject to management approval.
- Timetable & Schedule Adjustments: The Academy reserves the right to modify class timetables, adjust batch hours, conduct extra revision sessions, or schedule special mock tests to align with official government exam dates.
- Faculty Assignment: Experienced faculty and subject experts are assigned at the discretion of the Academy management to provide optimal pedagogical support.
3. Fee Structure, Payment & Refund Policy

Course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment schedule prior to or at the commencement of coaching. Once admission is confirmed and batch classes have commenced, fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Payment Confirmation: Official receipts are issued for all fees received. Students are advised to retain their fee receipts throughout the course duration.
- Installment Schedules: Where installment facilities are approved, failure to pay subsequent installments by the due date may result in suspension of classroom access, test series portal privileges, or course materials.
- Administrative Decisions: In rare cases of duplicate payment due to electronic gateway errors, refunds will be processed back to the original source method after administrative verification within 7-10 working days.
4. Intellectual Property & Study Materials
All materials provided by Sri RR Academy—including printed study modules, question banks, mock test papers, class handouts, curriculum frameworks, test series solutions, logos, website design, and proprietary pedagogy—are protected under Indian Copyright and Intellectual Property laws:
- Personal Educational Use Only: Study materials are provided solely for the personal, non-commercial educational use of enrolled students.

Final recruitment selections are made strictly by statutory exam bodies (TNPSC, IBPS, RRB, SSC, TNUSRB, etc.) on the basis of candidate merit, official exam cut-offs, vacancies, and personal performance.
